I offer personal training for individuals, small and large groups in Zurich. The offering includes training for employees of companies and but also elderly individuals. The training happens both indoors at their homes, in the gym or outdoors. Our sessions encompass a variety of disciplines such as muscle gain (i.e. bodybuilding), mobility, high intensity workouts, endurance training, boxing and many more.

The fun factor is as well important in our personal training should always be holistic. Quite often there is not enough time for sports in the busy everyday life, therefore I would like to convey my knowledge, my passion and I would like to be the contact person for the needs of our customers in Zurich.

Together we develop an personal training plan and it doesn’t matter if the customer already has personal training experience or if we start from zero and the client wants to integrate training into their future lives. If requested we will train at the client’s home, we can do outdoor training, at work during lunchtime or even in a fitness studio in Zurich.

In principle, the location for personal training Zurich sessions is up to the client. We can train at your home, office, or offer company fitness classes directly at your workplace. Alternatively, we can meet for outdoor training Zurich sessions — I will bring all the necessary equipment.

If you prefer to train in a gym, we can work out at any fitness studio where you have an active membership or at any PureGym studio in Zurich.

Each client receives a personalized introduction to fitness equipment and effective training methods, especially in the areas of bodybuilding and muscle development. For outdoor training Zurich sessions, we will define your goals together — whether it's improving mobility and flexibility or getting in top shape through high-intensity interval training and cardio to boost your cardiovascular health.

Über Austin

Austin Sunday startete das einzigartige Geschäftsmodell in der Schweizer Metropole und möchte Fitnessfans und solche, die es werden möchten, motivieren, ihre persönlichen Trainingsziele zu erreichen. Der gebürtige Nigerianer entdeckte bereits als junger Mann seine Liebe zum Sport durch Boxen und Gewichtheben. Als Gewichtheber nahm er an landesweiten Gewichtheberwettbewerben teil.
